Oryx are delighted to announce that plans for a production of Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost (September 2012) are well underway. The original romantic comedy; it has inspired luminaries such as Alfred Tennyson, Gilbert and Sullivan, Doctor Who – and now, err, us.
And as a theatre company set up with the express purpose of examining the validity of the classics in today’s world, we’re keen to go further than just produce the original.
SO we are on the hunt for writers who may be interested in penning something in response to Love’s Labour’s Lost to be produced and performed alongside the original.
